Bio at the Time of Adoption

Hi, my name is Jake & I'm very sweet 4-year old male beagle! I am affectionate & easy-going! I love to be fussed over & loved! I'm playful & active! I have lived with children aged 9 to 12 years & I'm great with them! I love to play with other dogs! I also love tug-of-war! I haven't been around cats. I'm probably fine, although I may chase them. I am housetrained & am used to going outside every couple of hours, but I hold it all night without a problem. I go to the door when I need to go outside. I used to be crate trained, but I really hate the crate now. I prefer to roam freely in the house when no one is home. I like to sleep in bed with my person. I ride well in a car. The best way to get me to obey is with praise. I love praise! I can be a little timid, so just take your time introducing me to new things. I am already neutered and up-to-date on shots.
