Hi! My name is Wilbur! I'm one of the sweetest boys you will ever meet! I'm an older fellow. I was found as a stray by a very nice person. She found out that I have been either sorely neglected or on my own for awhile. My nails were curled under; I had hot spots & was pretty dirty. She clipped my nails & washed me twice over! I look & feel much better now! I am extremely friendly! I'm cratetrained, & working on housetraining in my foster home. Nittany beagle Rescue took me to the vet, & the vet found got some health issues that prevent me from being neutered. I may have some trouble hearing. Please think about giving me a forever home!
