Hi! I'm Frances and I'm about 6 years old. I am a male tricolor beagle and I was found as a stray during the rain from Hurricane Frances - that's how I got my name! My paws were all bloody, but the people who found me nursed me back to health. They can't keep me, so I am looking for a new home. I am very sweet and gentle, and I'm good with other dogs. I like to be with my people when they are home, so please consider making me a part of your family! I am neutered and up-to-date on shots. I am working on cratetraining - I just need someone who can spend a little time with me. I need a foster home.
