Hi! My name is Jessie! I'm a 5-year old male tricolor beagle! I'm a sweet, easy-going guy! I love to sniff in the backyard. I'm great with other dogs. I used to be chained to an old steel drum lying on it's side with the bottom cut out. That's where I went when the weather was bad. But then I went to Nittany Beagle Rescue. I'm in a foster home now, & I'm learning about housetraining & living in a home with people. I LOVE it! Although, I'm still pretty nervous right now - this is all so new to me!
