Hi! My name is Wagner! I'm the sweetest guy! I'm an older fellow. I'm playful & very loving! I was a stray & spent time at the shelter until Nittany Beagle Rescue was able to take me. I'm good with children, other dogs & cats! So I'm a pretty great guy! I need work on housetraining and crate training, so I need a home who will be patient with me while I learn about those things. I'm up-to-date on shots & neutered. Please give me a forever home! A better photo is coming soon!
