Hi, My name is Copper & I'm a very handsome 6-year old male beagle, & I desperately need a home! I'm loving & affectionate! I love to lay beside my person & snuggle under the covers with them! I also like to put my paws on my person's chest when they bend down! I can be a little shy at first if I'm in strange surroundings - but I'm easily won over with food! I'm active & playful! I love to play with a tennis ball, & fetch & tug-of-war! I've lived with other dogs, & I'm fine with them (although I can be possessive over my food & treats with them). In general, I don't like it when people touch my food when I'm eating. I've lived with children. I walk well on a leash (which is unusual for a beagle!). I enjoy car rides, but I can be rambunctious. I am not good with cats. I am cratetrained. I am housetrained, but may need a little work when I go into my forever home. I'm a great dog & just need a home!
