Nittany Beagle Rescue - Billy

Hi! My name is Billy! I'm the sweetest little tricolor beagle boy! I've lived in a pen all my life as a hunting dog - but my person was no longer able to care for me & wanted a better life for me! I'm about 9 years old. I love to be petted & to sit on a person's lap! I will need work on housetraining, but Nittany Beagle Rescue thinks I will learn fast! I'm living in a boarding kennel now & I don't mess on the inside of my kennel. I had an injury when I was younger & now I have arthritis in my left rear leg, so I only use it sometimes. However, the folks at Nittany Beagle Rescue think my leg is improving some with the better care that I'm getting. Nittany Beagle Rescue is looking into getting me some pain meds for my leg. (They're waiting for my bloodwork to come back to make sure it's ok). I need a dental badly. That will be done when I'm neutered. But Nittany Beagle Rescue doesn't want to do that until I have a home to recover in. Please think about giving me a foster home or even better - a forever home! I only weigh about 23 lbs.
