Bio at the Time of Adoption

Hi, My name is Spencer and I'm a 10-year old happy-go-lucky male beagle! I need a new home because my owner died. I lived with Dutchess, who is also available for adoption. Our owner loved us very much & took very good care of us. We slept in bed with him & were always with him. Now we are living in a boarding kennel and desperately need a home. It would be great if Dutchess & I could go to our new home together, but we know it's more important that we just get a new home that will pamper us as much as our prior owner. Especially me, I'm an older guy - I should be hanging out on the couch or a dog bed! I'm good with children and other dogs. I haven't really been around cats, but I'm probably fine with them. I am housetrained, neutered & up-to-date on shots. Our owner liked to give us lots of snacks, & so we would both benefit from a healthy diet & more exercise. Please give me a home!
