Bio at the Time of Adoption

Hi! My name is Oreo, & I'm a 3.5 year old female beagle. I am an active & playful girl! I'm also very affectionate & attentive! I love to play fetch, tug of war, & ball. You name it, I just love to play! I'm a very obedient dog. I even walk on a leash without pulling! I love praise, & the best way to get me to do something is to praise me! I love to play with the cat that lived in my prior home. I've also been around dogs to a limited extent. I enjoy car rides and do extremely well in the car. When I need to go outside, I will bark & go to the door. Of course, when I go to my new forever home, I won't really know where the door is, so my new family will have to be patient while I learn where things are at. I need a new home because my family is working long hours. Now I am living in a kennel, extremely scared, & desperately need a home. Please think about making me part of your family! I don't like to be picked up, especially from the front. (Nittany Beagle Rescue thinks that at one point in my life, someone was rough with me). I would do best in a home with no children or mature children (12 or older) who already know how to handle a dog properly. I am already spayed.
