Hi! My name is Howie & I'm a 2-year old male tricolor beagle! I'm very handsome! I am an affectionate & loving dog! I am also very playful! I can be insecure sometimes, so you need to just give me a little time to adjust to new surroundings. I am also very active. I get along with cats & other dogs, although sometimes I have a problem with some other male dogs. I am cratetrained. I am also housetrained for the most part, although I will mark. I was recently neutered, so that should help take care of the marking (along with proper training). I will cry when I need to go outside. I desperately need a home! Please make me part of your family!
