Bio at the Time of Adoption

Hi! My name is Natty (Nattaboy!!). I am a very lovable, 3-4 year old male beagle who is looking for my forever home. I come from North Carolina and came to Pennsylvania with a very sad story. Me, along with two of my pals, had been seen in a roadside dump by a passerby and were fortunate enough she had a heart of gold! This kind woman picked us up and took us in. She could tell we had been on our own for quite some time as we were all very thin. She vetted us and gave us lots of love and good food. Knowing that she couldn’t keep us, she got in touch with her contact here and off to PA we came. Once in PA, I was taken to my foster home where I currently live with 5 other dogs. I was a bit shy at first, but am coming around. I love hanging out with my foster brothers and sisters and love cuddling up on the couch with my foster mommy, and I am great with kids too! I still have an occasional ‘accident’ but we are working on that. I can be a bit unsure when approached too quickly, but that comes from all the hardships I have been through. I had yet another rough start with my foster family, for I was diagnosed with heart worm and had to be treated. This meant I couldn’t play with my new brothers and sisters for several weeks and had to take medications. I am doing much better now and am off all medications and I am already neutered. I am a very lovable guy and can’t wait to cuddle up with you!
