Bio at the Time of Adoption

UPDATED 1/23/2023 Hi! My name is King! I'm a very friendly 10-11 year old male beagle! I was outside all my life & used as a hunting dog until I got too worn out to hunt. But Nittany Beagle Rescue was able to take me & now I'm in a foster home & I'm so happy! That's me in a dog bed in a house! I'm working on housetraining in my foster home. I'm crate trained & so that's the 1st step to housetraining. I'm pretty smart! When I was at the vet office, I didn't have any accidents! I ride really well in a car. So far, I've been in a crate when I go someplace, & I bark at first, then I take a nap! I'm a little chunky right now, but Nittany Beagle Rescue will start me on a diet. At the vet office, we found out that I have glaucoma in one eye, & so I've started eye drops for that. I weigh about 41 lbs. I will be neutered & have a dental as soon as NBR can get me scheduled. Please think about making me part of your family! I'm such a loving boy! To be honest, I've had a rough life & I just want to be loved & part of a family!
