Bio at the Time of Adoption

Hi My name is Sir Trapper, but you can just call me Trapper! I'm a 5-year male tricolor beagle. I'm a very good-natured dog! I'm outgoing & friendly! I'm quite loving also. I'm active & I really like to get outside & go for long walks! My nose is to the ground as soon as I'm outside! So it's critical that I always be on-leash or in a securely fenced in yard when outside. I weigh about 30 -35 lbs & I pull. I've been around children of all ages & I'm very good with them. I've also been around other dogs & I'm good with them. I've never been around cats. I like to sleep in bed with my person & to hang out on the couch with them. I'm a lap dog, despite being a little bigger! I like to play with toys & I especially like fetch & tug-of-war! I'm housetrained & crate trained. I'm used to going outside 4 times/day. I'll go to the door when I need to go outside. I ride well in the car. If I'm on a couch or chair, I will growl a little if you tell me to get down. But just tell me again in a firm voice & I'll get down. (I just like being comfy!) I'm already neutered & up-to-date on vaccines. I need a new home because my person moved & couldn't take me with him. So I'm anxiously looking for my forever home! Are you it?? Better photos are coming!
