UPDATED 10/1/21 & NEW PHOTOS! Hi! My name is Rosie & I'm a super sweet 12-year old female beagle! I enjoy board games & giving hugs! LOL I'm a sweet & friendly girl! I've lived outside all my life chained to a dog house - until now! I living in a foster home & I'm loving it! I'm doing great with housetraining. I really enjoy going for walks on a leash! I will potty when you're walking me on a leash. I wear a harness on walks & I like it! I don't really like to be outside without my people. Also, if my people are around, then I really want to be with them. (I'll bark if I see you & you won't let me be with you). I was trained to hunt, so I can never be off-leash or outside of a securely fenced yard. I'm a tiny thing (I weigh less than 20 lbs!), so a fenced yard would have to be extremely secure. I'm living with 2 other dogs & a cat in my foster home & I get along with them great! I sleep in a crate at night & I'm really quiet. I love sleeping on a couch! So a home in which I'm allowed on the furniture is a must, especially given the first 12 years of my life. I'm older & so I need a home with no children or older children who know how to properly treat a dog. Please think about giving me a loving forever home in my senior years!
