Hi! My name is Daisy, & I'm an 8-9 year old female beagle. I need a new home because my person passed away. I'm housetrained, good with other dogs & children. However, I love to be the center of attention & so it's totally fine with me if I'm the only dog in the family! Because of my age, I will only be placed in a home with older children (8-10 or older) or no children. But it's fine for young children to come & visit! I'm super sweet! In my old home, I would love to lay on my person's chest. I'm not as affectionate in my foster home. But probably once I'm adjusted to my forever family & know they are mine, I'll become more affectionate. I do like my belly rubbed, though! I'm also an easygoing girl & I seem to be fairly independent. I don't really care about playing. But I LOVE to go for walks! So the best home for me would be one where I go a walk with my person (leashed of course!) multiple times a day. I prefer to be petted & rubbed. I ride well in a car. No need to put me in a crate. I'm afraid of noise through. I need to go outside every few hours. In my old home, I would go to the door when I needed to go outside. Click on my page to see a different photo of me!
