Bio at the Time of Adoption

Hi! My name is Shiloh, & I'm an 8-year old male beagle mix. I've lived all my life with Camo, who is also available for adoption. But we can be placed separately. For the 1st 6 years of my life, I spent most of my time shut in a room with Camo. Then 2 years ago, a couple moved into the house where I lived & worked really hard to socialize me. I've made major improvements! When I meet someone new, I will bark at them. But if you give me lots of soft treats, I'll warm up to you & be your best buddy! Besides Camo, I've also been around cats & I'm fine with them. (I'm dominant with other dogs). I'm basically housetrained, but if you don't let me out, then I'll go in the house. For the past 2 years, I'm used to going out several times a day, & I will whine when I need to go outside. I enjoy playing tug-of-war! I've been around children & I'm fine with them. But it's important to take your time introducing me to strangers & let me get to know them at my own pace. I'm neutered. There is a hard lump on my hip that needs to be removed ASAP.
