Bio at the Time of Adoption

Mr. Chips is a very loving 4-year old, male tri-colored beagle. He loves peole of all ages and is good with other dogs. He loves to go for car rides. Mr. Chips needs a guardian who is home a lot and able to give him the love and attention he craves. Mr. Chips is terrified of thunderstorms and lightening, and wants to be withn his person when it storms. Mr. Chips has lived most of his life in a house; he is housetrained, neutered, & up-to-date on shots. Mr. Chips has an AVID chip (hence his name). Mr. Chips needs a foster home.
