Nittany Beagle Rescue - Bailey

UPDATED PHOTOS 9/27/2026 Hi! My name is Bailey & I'm a 10-year old lemon & white male beagle. I'm very active for an older guy! I like to play fetch & play with toys! I also love to go for walks, but it's best to walk me with a harness or else I'll pull pretty hard. I also like to sleep! LOL I'm a very loving & attentive fellow. I'm a good watch beagle! I'll let you know when someone walks by the house ... like a beagle alarm! I'm in a foster home now with another dog, & I'm doing very well with him! I'm housetrained, although I may mark a little when I go into a new home. I'll bark when I need to go outside, & I'm used to going outside about 3-4 times a day. I ride well in a car. I like to sleep with my people - or in a dog bed at night - it's depends how I feel that night :) I will counter surf - because I just KNOW you forgot my dinner! I also know how to sit! I'm very food motivated! I've been around older children (12 & older) & I'm fine with them. I haven't been around cats, but I'm probably fine with them also. I might have some seasonal allergies (I just started taking apoquel & it worked wonders right away!). I'll probably be anxious when I go into my new home the first couple of days, but then I'll chill out & you'll think I've lived there my entire life! I need a new home because my person has cancer & the family was having trouble caring for me. I'm up-to-date on vaccines & neutered. So I'm ready to go to my forever home! Please think about making me part of you family! Go to my Pet Finder page to see other photos of me.
